Who operates the tool

Inflata Marketing Optimiser is operated by IN Leisure Limited for authorised staff managing Inflata Nation marketing.

This policy explains how the optimiser handles information obtained from connected accounts and uploaded business reports.

Information we access

When an authorised user connects an account, the optimiser accesses information covered by the permissions they grant. Depending on the services connected, this includes:

• Google Ads account, campaign, advert and keyword information.

• Advertising spend, impressions, clicks, reported conversions and conversion values.

• Advert wording, budgets, location targeting and search-term reports.

• Keyword planning information, where API access permits.

• Google Analytics website activity and acquisition reports.

• Comparable advertising information from connected Meta accounts.

The optimiser also processes uploaded booking and CRM reports and records marketing decisions made by authorised staff.

How we use information

We use this information to provide advertising reports, compare performance with booking evidence, identify tracking or data-quality problems, generate recommendations and review subsequent results.

The current optimiser retrieves advertising information for analysis. It does not automatically change Google Ads campaigns, keywords or budgets.

Authorisation and storage

Google connections use Google’s authorisation process. The optimiser does not request or store users’ Google passwords.

Connection tokens, imported information, analytical results and decision records are stored in the application’s hosting and database environment. Access to the operational dashboard is restricted to authorised users.

Historical information is retained to support comparisons and performance analysis. Disconnecting an account stops future access but does not automatically delete information already imported.

Access and sharing

Information is available to authorised IN Leisure personnel and authorised personnel supporting the relevant business accounts. Hosting, database and technical service providers may process information as necessary to operate and support the tool.

We do not sell Google user data, use it to train general-purpose AI models, or share it with advertising platforms or data brokers for their independent purposes.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to investigate security incidents.

Google API data

Inflata Marketing Optimiser’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google API information is used to provide and improve the reporting and analysis features described in this policy.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including historical analysis, operational support and applicable legal obligations.

Authorised account holders can contact info@inflatanation.com to request disconnection, deletion of imported account information, or information about retention. Requests are assessed against account authority and any applicable legal requirements.

Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire under the hosting provider’s backup arrangements.

Your choices

You can revoke the optimiser’s Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. You can also contact us to request that a connection be removed.
