Can we really visit as often as we like?
Yes! There is no monthly visit limit during eligible off-peak periods. Sessions are booked in one-hour or two-hour blocks. If you want another session, reception can renew your booking when capacity allows.
Can we stay all day?
Potentially, yes. Each one-hour or two-hour session must be booked separately, and further sessions are subject to availability.
What counts as off-peak?
Weekdays (Monday–Friday) during the venue’s published state-school term dates and opening hours. Weekends, bank holidays and school holidays are excluded. Please check the venue’s eligible-date calendar.
What if a session is full?
All bookings are first come, first served and subject to capacity. Your pass does not guarantee a place in any particular session. Reception can advise on available sessions.
Can I use my pass at any Inflata Nation?
The pass is currently offered only at Manchester and Southport. Please select your participating venue when joining.
Does each child need a pass?
Yes. Membership costs £14.99 per month for each named child and cannot be shared. Parents can keep multiple children’s digital cards under one account.
How does the café discount work?
Present the child’s active digital membership card at the till to receive 10% off all café items.
Do I need a physical membership card?
No. Your membership is digital. At the first visit, reception will take a photograph for the child’s profile to help verify their identity at future visits.
Do normal session rules still apply?
Yes. Session age restrictions, safety rules and any usual admission requirements still apply. The pass covers eligible bounce sessions, not separately ticketed activities or events unless stated otherwise.

One- and two-hour sessions are subject to capacity and must be renewed at reception for additional time. The pass is non-transferable. The café discount applies to all café items.
