Dress for Bouncy Success!
✅ Top Tips on What to Wear:
1. Comfortable Clothing is a Must
Think gym gear or activewear! T-shirts, leggings, joggers or long trousers work perfectly. You'll be climbing, bouncing, and sliding so leave the tight jeans or fancy outfits at home.
2. Long Sleeves = Less Friction
While not essential, long sleeves and leggings can help reduce friction burns from the inflatables if you're going full bounce mode.
3. Normal Socks Only
You don’t need any special kind of socks... in fact, we prefer you wear your normal ones (not grip socks). So, choose your fave pair and rock your socks whilst bouncing!
4. No Sharp Accessories
Leave belts, jewellery, and anything with zips or buttons behind to avoid damage to the inflatables and for safety.
5. Hair Up, Ready to Bounce!
If you’ve got long hair, tie it back to keep cool and avoid getting tangled mid bounce.

What About Parents Not Bouncing?
If you’re just supervising, dress comfortable and casual. There’s seating, refreshments, and Wi-Fi so you can relax while the kids burn off some serious energy.
Bonus Tip: Bring a spare top or outfit for little ones as they’ll get sweaty and might want a change before heading home! Bouncing on the inflatables
Parents - Did You Know?
A regular routine of bouncing can strengthen muscles and improve your fitness by elevating your pulse rate and ensuring that oxygen is pumped around your body. A 60 minute bounce on the inflatable arena really burns some calories and making it a regular activity can make you feel younger and build strong stamina, as it helps to slow down the ageing process.
